All items purchased from STRAPS. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss due to incomplete or wrong address made by purchaser or problem on recipient on the destination address stated by purchaser.

Since we are an online-based store, we hope you understand that lighting, your computer monitor resolution and brightness setting might affect the colors. There might be slight difference from the actual product and the photo you see in the catalogue.

 

 

Shipping Information

For domestic shipping, we have trusted JNE as our shipping courier. There are 2 types of shipment: YES (1 working day service) and REG (2-7 working days service). You can find the rates at http://jne.co.id/

  • We do not guarantee that all goods will be received on regular time, since there might be some problems such as the address cannot be found or there is no receiver on the destination address at the time the goods arrived. However, we will ensure that your order will arrive at your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact us.
  • Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delay caused by courier service.
  • Your order will be shipped on the same day of payment confirmation before 1PM (GMT +07.00)
  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday
  • We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer. Please note that we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
  • You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

Please kindly understand that some order cant be delivered on time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the stated address. However, if there is any problem regarding to this issue, we will be glad to help you.

Please kindly understand that your orders are shipped by external courier service that is not managed by STRAPS. Therefore, it is possible that some delay or shipping problems might occur out of our control. If this case happens, we will be glad to help you until you receive your order.

Please refer to http://jne.co.id/ for domestic rates. International rates are upon request. Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.

 

Return Policy

We do allow exchange within 2 days time after goods are received by customer, our tag price cannot be removed, and in due of hygine factor we could refuse exchage if found out that the product has been used.

if you do find the sizes need to be shorten, and it is possible to be done, we do received for custom, but STRAPS will not borne the shipping charges for send to us or send back.

Yes, all items are ready stock, except stated otherwise in the description.

 

I haven’t received my order, it has been late for couple of days. Where is my order?

Kindly email us at cs_straps@fuyummy.com , there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. Note that if your order is sent around public holiday, there may be some delays.

 

I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

We apologize for it, and please kindly email us at cs_straps@fuyummy.com , and we will try our best to direct you on how to fix it and if it cannot be fixed, we will give you instructions on how to return it to us.

 

Can I exchange or return the item(s)?

Unfortunately we do not accept and returns and exchanges unless there is any defect.

 

Will the sold out items be back in stock?

Some of our items may be back in stock. You can click the ‘Email Me’ to notify us about your interested about that product.

 

Can I do the payment using credit card?

YES. We use MidTrans payment gateway and Paypal for credit card payments.

I made an order but I forgot to check out and the items that I want are out of stock. Can I order those items again?

If you haven’t checked out, your order has not been saved in our system, so you can’t order those item(s) again unless they are back in stock.
